LEGO Store e LEGO House: aggiornamenti causa Covid-19

comunicato ufficiale:
The health and safety of children and communities worldwide is our top priority.
We are working extremely hard to protect our colleagues, our customers and of course, our youngest fans.
To reduce the risk of the virus spreading further, we’ve rapidly stepped up our efforts in every country where we operate.
We’ve temporarily closed our LEGO® Brand Retail stores until at least March 27 in all countries except China. Our online store on remains open. Our retail store colleagues will receive their scheduled wages until this time.
Every colleague whose job allows them to work from home must do so. For colleagues whose job requires them to come to work, we are taking extraordinary measure to safeguard their health. For example, we will conduct temperature checks on employees and implement mandatory hand washing and sanitising. We’ve rearranged our workplaces to ensure that colleagues do not gather in large groups and practice social distancing. Naturally, we have cancelled all travel.
We’re monitoring the situation continuously and will take whatever steps are necessary to promote well-being.
One thing I am certain of is the awesomeness of the people who work at the LEGO Group, and our fans. One of our company values is caring. The way everyone is looking after each other is truly inspiring. We’re listening to you, and we take strength from the fact that play and learning can bring families together for moments of joy, even at the most uncertain times.
We will get through this together.
Stay safe, stay home and stay strong.

comunicato ufficiale

LEGO® House will not open again until April 24

As a result of the COVID-19 situation, LEGO® House has extended its closing period, and unfortunately we will not open until April 24th. A decision that may change depending on the development of the situation. We continue to follow the authorities’ recommendations, and our most important priority will always be the safety of our employees and guests.
If you have purchased a ticket for LEGO House from now until Thursday, April 23, we will automatically refund your ticket. For guests who have booked tickets after this date, we are happy to move to another date, but the tickets are non-refundable at this time.
All LEGO House Annual Passes are automatically extended by 50 days, so you still have the opportunity to get the world’s best date in LEGO House when we open again.
Our team work on high pressure and you will receive the reimbursement within 10 business days in the purchase account.
Since we are in contact with many guests, we ask you to have understanding and patience for any waiting for phone and mail.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update as soon as new is available. Until then, take good care of each other and remember to keep playing until we see you again!
